TERMS OF SERVICE

Do's & Don'ts

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
I take digital art commissions for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Communication and WIPs are preferably handled through Telegram.By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in EUR.
Payments are accepted via PayPal only.Commissions are paid in two halves:
• 50% upfront after your slot is confirmed
• 50% after sketch approval and before final deliveryRefunds are available only before work begins (see Refund Policy below).

3. Process & Feedback

You’ll receive regular WIPs and updates throughout the process.
You can request up to 3 small edits during the sketch or color stages (pose, expression, details, etc.).
Major revisions beyond that or after coloring may cost extra depending on complexity.Typical turnaround: 1–4 weeks, depending on queue and commission type.

4. Artists Rights

I retain all rights to my artwork.
I may post, display, or use commissions for my portfolio or promotion unless you request privacy beforehand.
You may not claim the artwork as your own, edit it, or use it commercially without written permission.

5. Clients Rights & Usage

You may use the commissioned piece for personal, non-commercial purposes: icons, banners, reposts (with credit), unless otherwise agreed upon.
Do not use my art for profit, merchandise, NFTs, or AI training.

6. refunds & cancellations

Refunds are only possible if I have not yet started your piece.
Once a sketch is approved, no full refunds will be issued.
If I must cancel a commission for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund regardless of progress.

7. Deadlines & Rush Orders

If you need a commission by a specific date, mention it before payment.
Rush fees may apply depending on my current workload.

8. Design Policy

I can work from visual references, moodboards, or detailed text descriptions.
Text-only or unclear descriptions may incur a design fee depending on complexity.

9. Refusal Rights

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Harassment, boundary-pushing, or violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation and blacklisting.

10. Agreement

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
